Refund policy
Returns window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
How to start a return: Email us at valenorlux@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, include a photo — we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Order cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is fulfilled. Once the order has shipped, please use the returns process instead.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card or Mobile Money via Paystack) within 5-10 business days of approval. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the cost of return delivery. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Many of our styles run on an Asian size scale — check the sizing note on each product page before ordering.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, sunglasses and caps that show signs of wear cannot be returned unless defective.
