Shipping policy

Where we deliver: We currently deliver across all of Ghana — Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and everywhere in between.

Delivery cost: A flat GH₵45 delivery fee applies to orders under GH₵400. Orders of GH₵400 or more ship FREE, nationwide. Prices are in Ghana cedis and paid securely via Paystack (cards and Mobile Money).

Delivery time: Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partners and typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Occasionally a shipment can take longer — if yours does, we track it down with you. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check your order status at any time. If anything looks stuck, reply to your order email or message us on the site chat — we respond quickly.

Customs and clearance: In rare cases a shipment may be assessed for import charges on arrival in Ghana. If that ever happens with your order, contact us before paying anything — we will resolve it with you.

Address and phone: Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — our couriers call the number provided to arrange delivery.
